Costa Azul Mexican Seafood
These terms cover using the Costa Azul website, ordering to go, and requesting a table. They are written to be read, so please do.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
By using this website, requesting a reservation or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please call us at (812) 822-1475 or come see us in person instead.
Prices and dishes on this website are listed for reference and can change without notice, especially seafood marked MP (market price), which moves with the catch. The price you are charged is the one at the restaurant or on the ordering platform at the time of your order. Sales tax is added where it applies. Photos show how we plate a dish and portions or garnishes may vary.
Phone orders are placed directly with us. Delivery orders through DoorDash, Uber Eats or any other third-party app are handled by that company under its own terms, fees and policies, and they are responsible for the driver, delivery times and their app. Ready times we give are estimates. Please check your order before you leave and tell us right away if something is missing or wrong so we can make it right.
Call us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once we start cooking, we may not be able to cancel or refund it. If there is a problem with your food, let us know the same day and a manager will work it out with you. Refunds for third-party delivery orders are requested through that app.
Reservation requests made on this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. A table is reserved only after we confirm it with you by phone or text. Parties of 9 or more should call us. We may decline or adjust a request when we are at capacity.
Beer is served only to guests 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID, as required by Indiana law. We may refuse service to anyone without ID or who appears intoxicated.
Several of our dishes, including oysters, ceviches, aguachiles and some cocteles, are served raw or undercooked. Eating raw or undercooked meat, poultry, eggs or seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially for the elderly, young children, pregnant women and anyone with a weakened immune system. Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish, and we share equipment, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of an allergen. Please tell us about allergies before you order.
The Costa Azul name, logo, photos, menu text and design on this website belong to Costa Azul Mexican Seafood and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Brand names such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Google, Instagram and Facebook belong to their owners, and links to other websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites.
When you send us a reservation request or a message, please give accurate contact details and do not send anything unlawful, abusive or spam. We may ignore or delete submissions that break these rules.
This website is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent allowed by law, Costa Azul is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the website, and our liability for any food order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indiana consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Monroe County, Indiana. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
