Costa Azul Mexican Seafood
What information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we use it to answer you and serve you, and we never sell it.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
When you use the message form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message. We use it only to answer you and handle catering or large-order questions.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. These are used to keep the site secure, fix problems and measure performance. We do not use advertising trackers.
We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Other cookies, such as those set by embedded Google Maps, load only if you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies or using the cookie settings link, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.
Orders placed by phone or in person are handled by our point-of-sale system and payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. Orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats or other delivery apps are collected and handled by those companies under their own privacy policies.
To respond to your messages, prepare and serve your order, contact you about an order, resolve problems, keep required business and tax records, and protect the website and the restaurant from fraud or abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, email and point of sale, when the law requires it, or if the restaurant is sold to a new owner who continues the business.
Some features are provided by other companies and may receive information about your visit when they load or when you use them: Google Maps (the map on our pages), Instagram and Facebook (if you click our social links), and delivery apps (if you choose to order through them). Their own privacy policies apply.
We keep form messages only as long as we need them to serve you and for reasonable record keeping, then delete them.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us. Contact us using the details below. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it.
We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
